STANDARD PROGRAMS:
The “Standard Program” sterilizer testing is our most comprehensive program and also the most popular. This program offers a fresh spore test sent to your office each week, month, quarter, etc. as a timely reminder. This method of sterilizer testing is far superior to the test kits that are sent in bulk, which are cheaper, but are often left in some corner “out-of-sight, out-of-mind”. Testing in a timely manner will avoid fines from your local health department (depending on the type of industry). Your original, personally signed test report is mailed upon completion. ECONOMY-PLUS PROGRAMS:

IN-OFFICE TESTING:
A new addition to our line of spore testing is SterileCheck™, a self-contained biological indicator (BI) ampoule for steam sterilization.  This cost-effective BI test is comparable to the 3M Attest and other similar products.  The ampoules are packaged 25 per box and require a small tabletop incubator which can be purchased separately (Note: The ampoules will also fit existing incubators).  It is the most cost-effective method to test your sterilizer using biological indicators but requires your office staff to be trained to process the testing and do their own documenting and record keeping.  See “In-Office Testing” to view this product and how it works.

IN-OFFICE TESTING-PLUS:
The “In-Office Testing-Plus” program utilizes the same In-Office Testing described above using SterileCheck™ ampoules but also includes a monthly third-party “Economy Program” (see above).  The separate mail-in spore test (used each month) will provide documented test reports from our third-party, independent laboratory, providing additional protection to your clients and staff and most importantly, protection for your company should litigation occur.  Use the less-expensive In-Office Testing to test your sterilizer daily or weekly (meeting The Joint Commission, AAMI and CDC recommendations) and mail-in the third-party spore test once a month.  You will also receive a wall certificate which informs your clients that you monitor your sterilizer using a third-party laboratory.  (Some health departments mandate third-party biological indicator testing in the tattoo and body piercing industry).  See “In-Office Testing” for more information or, for free samples and pricing call us today.
